Product Not Delivered.
Almost 20 days, the product is not delivered yet. The customer support is terrible and the same response is given to me every time I enquire about the status of my order. Neither they are delivering the product nor they are cancelling it and initiating a refund.

The Customer care takes 48hours to respond, that's bad because it took me 2 weeks to finally get a issue clear with them.
