Breach of guidelines
A complete scam!
Do not buy anything from this website! I’d already seen similar complaints on Trustpilot but still decided to give them a chance—what a huge mistake. They sent me damaged goods that looked nothing like what was advertised. When I complained, they offered to exchange it with a different lamp. However i’m not interested in owning anything from this website. I want my money back and they refuse to cover the return costs of their faulty item!!! This is a complete scam!!! Never again—I’m absolutely appalled.

I ordered a lamp and don't seem to receive it. The tracking link does not work, literally no one is able to tell me when my parcel will arrive and my emails are ignored until someone pretends that they have just not arrived.
The company also refuses to cancel my order and keeps the money.

Company is not based in Amsterdam, even though they have it in their name. They say they ship through DHL: not true.
They claim you get an instruction manual: not true. I didn’t even get a wire connector. The wires from the lamp are cheap made, very thin. Not recommended for safety matters.
The lamp itself is not at all how it looks like in the photo’s! Very cheap rip off. The light bulb is plastic. And the most funniest part: it gives 3 different sort of lights every time you put the light on. From white light to warm light 🤣
I want my money back and I’m sending back this fake lamp. Stop selling products that aren’t like the pictures, it’s misleading!

Likely Part of a Larger Scam Network – Avoid
I ordered a lamp from mysalights.com and never received it. They sent a fake-looking tracking link via 17track.net, which shows fabricated movement, but no parcel ever arrives. They claim to use DHL, but provided no proof.
Some people reportedly do receive a lamp, but it's shipped from China, is of very poor quality, and may not even be compatible with local sockets or standards. So even in the “best case,” it’s a rip-off.
Many of the 5-star reviews here appear autogenerated—likely to mislead buyers.
This pattern fits Witteveen Commerce LLP, the operator of mysalights.com, who runs similar shady storefronts like herrlampe.com, and misterlamp-auckland.com, all with thousands of complaints.
Avoid this site at all costs. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

Je me suis fait avoir.
Si toutefois vous commander quelque chose sur ces sites, n'attendez pas un mois pour réagir en cas de non livraison. Je vous conseille qu'au bout de 3 semaines grand maximum, vous fassiez un signalement chez VISA ou MasterCard.
