Very professional, welcoming and any questions I asked was answered as it my first time owing a MG.
All the staff at Nathaniel cars Cwmbrân are friendly and make sure they go the extra mile.
I would definitely recommend the company.

Christian understood what I wanted and more important what I didn't want ie to keep the cost down. Although he suggested all the extras he didn't assume I would want them. We bonded over camping experience and lifts to and from the bus station were welcome.

I enjoyed the whole experience. Shaun had plenty of patience with the many questions I asked him. I didn't feel pressured to buy and handover day was great with all the functions of the car explained and the phone synced and app binded to car etc hence the 5 stars

Chris took us on the test drive and explained every thing patiently. Gwyn made the ordering process easy and when the car was available for collection, the handover was good. The only negative was whilst waiting for the car, the progress report could if been better because when our previous car (Kia Sportage) was being ordered, we received regular reports and had access to Kias website to review the progress.
But after all that, we are very pleased with car - i thought the Kia was good but the MG HS is better!

The gentlemen that looked after me, very good service

Very friendly and professional and not pushy when I visited Cwmbran to look at cars. I ended up buying a car that covers more than my expectations and the handover when I picked up my new car was made even better by the salesman sitting in the car and explaining the controls and how to get the best out of my MG ZS Hybrid +. I would recommend 100% from my own personal experience with the garage and the help from Rob and his team in my purchase.Very pleased.

I knew what I wanted before I came to the showroom, so that made it easier for all!
The Salesperson, Gwyn Evans, took me through the options, what would be included in the cost etc. All done with professionalism and friendliness.
Taking out a similar model for a test drive was no problem.
The whole experience was a relaxed one with no pressure to buy a car.
Collection was easy, a different Sales Person, but he had the same approach and went through the details of the car explaining and answering all my questions.

Gwyn the salesman talked and listened to me all through the sale very informative and professional through the whole process. The hand over again was handled by Gwyn who set all the settings that I wanted and did the bind of the car to the mg app on my phone. What more can I say I would recommend Nathaniel car sales to any one 5 star service and at a very good price

It takes less than two hours to get your car if everything is sorted on your end. Highly efficient service!

It was great dealing with them and answering questions. However when picking the car up there was an issue with the software. I was about to drive away but the sales staff wanted to check it with me and thankfully they did. They couldnt fix it there, its take a month to get it booked in for a software update date and whilst thats not the sales staff its frustrating its taking so long. My husband s car has the same issue and his isnt even booked in yet.
