Messy job
Friendly enough but the left the van and the glass in a right mess. Dashboard filthy from debris where they removed old windscreen, and glass not cleaned after replaced, covered in handprints and sucker marks.

Fantastic service.
I was able to make an appointment to have my windscreen replaced easily.
Upon arriving at the unit I was met by the deputy manager who explained all the technicians were out on a call so he jumped in and prepped my vehicle for their return.
As he was prepping the screen I got talking to the area manager there on a staff visit again a very pleasant chap.
I observed the technician replacing the screen it was evident that he took pride in his work and went about his craft in a methodical and deliberate manner producing an excellent result.
My vehicle had all its driver safety aides recalibrated without any issues.
Well done NW Barnstable I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Staff at the Barnstaple workshop
Staff at your Barnstaple workshop were helpful, prompt and efficient, especially in rectifying a 'glitch' with the sensors embedded in the new windscreen. My car is now fully functional again.

The technicians work was excellent
The technician was polite and well mannered, his work was excellent. I would have given 5 stars if the first appointment had been attended, We were sent a reminder after paying the bill, howerver this was resolved after a phone a]call to Nation Windscreens.

Nice staff, but let down by the repair…
Nice people but they broke the trim around the rear view mirror and tried to fix it with double sided tape, which lasted 100yds from the garage.
Awaiting replacement parts and their repair.
