The whole process from start to finish was seamless. All contact easy and helpful. We were texted with all details for the appointment both the week before and the day before with helpful route to garage. We were offered somewhere to sit and wait with coffee but we left them to it. Whole experience perfect .. would use again no problem but hopefully we won't have to! Would be very happy to recommend .. Thanks for great service.

Your operative was superb. polite, knowledgeable and efficient. he explained the details of the repair and explained it might not work, but proceeded and the repair was fairly successful. it can still clearly be seen from inside the car and there is a small "run" from the spot, but for now it is quite acceptable. there is a small scratch on the bonnet where his machinery was placed.

The technician was brilliant
The technician was brilliant - extremely helpful but the online booking system is flawed. It told me that it couldn’t be repaired at home because I had an intelligent windscreen - even though it was only a small chip. I have subsequently found that this only applies if the windscreen needs to be replaced
