As workshop is only 5 mins drive from…
As workshop is only 5 mins drive from home it was no problem driving to workshop as weather was bad to have windscreen replaced at home address and was brilliant replacing and took just over an hour , as my insurance deals with national windscreens it was easy to book

Shoddy
Cills, inner and outer left covered in mud, no need for it as replacement was done on tarmac, no attempt was made to clean up.
Sealant left on windscreen, not a tidy job at all.

Great, friendly service. Fixed my side window quickly and no hassle, they dealt with the insurance and everything. It did take 3 working days to get the glass but I guess that's to be expected.

Dreadful experience
Great ? Absolutely dreadful service & ended up taking my vehicle to Skoda to sort out. I drive a taxi and was unable to work for nearly 2 weeks after finding my car untouched after a week sitting around at Barnstaple branch.
Skoda sorted out in 5 hours !!
