Excellent service. The replacement windscreen was easy to book online and available far sooner than another car glass replacement service.

Windscreen replacement problem
My vehicle went in for a windscreen replacement and after completing I noticed the trim had been damaged. I have contact you several times but no one has contacted me to arrange a replacement trim fitting. A little disappointed as I was told someone would be contacting me.

Good repair, frustrating customer service
The repair itself was done well by the lads in the small repair shops who were polite, helpful and did a good job, but the centrally managed customer services beforehand was not good. There was no confirmation of my appointment time, which i had to chase up. Once I got through (after being on hold for 15mins), they confirmed it was an afternoon appointment despite me being told I had a morning appointment about 5 days previously - I would have picked a different day if the online booking hadn’t offered me a morning appointment. Then, when I arrived I found out I had been booked in at the same time as another car which delayed my repair further

Awful! Ended up costing me to get resolved what mistakes you made
Had to come here due to being one in partnerships with my insurance. We’re not able to correctly fit and configure windscreen- but was just told they would get in touch with main dealership to do so. Week after week I was the one having to call and chase up what was going on as fault everytime drove car. When finally got booked in, found out it was the fitters who actually damaged car when fitting and more work needed to be done. Back and forth a 45minite journey for me….. to find out the bill was unpaid so the dealership wouldn’t carry out the work. Again after myself having to chase it up it went on and on…… travelling and 2 days off work at my expense. Disgusting communication from the company let alone hearing nothing from the branch. Wouldn’t recommend at all
