When we originally took the car in the guy said that the repair would not work well and we should have a new windscreen. We waited a week and went back (as you can never go through on the phone) no windscreen had been ordered. The guy (a different one) said he could fix it and it would be ok, maybe a very small mark left. We had it repaired and it is not good it is not a small mark it shows clearly still were the chip is. We need a new windscreen. I think the service from your organisation has been very poor and if I had a choice I would go somewhere else but we are tied into you due to our insurance.

Had to ring the day before as no one contacted me for an appointment time as was promised.
Ok check in, cheerful. Said they would inform me when job was done. Approx 2 hours. Went back after 3 hours, car outside ready, but again hadn't been informed.
Paid cash for excess, £75. Not able to give receipt but will email one within 3 days. Surprise nothing.
Shocking service.

The service was excellent and the technician, Cameron, was extremely friendly and happy to explain in detail what he was doing to repair the chip in my windscreen. It is now completely invisible.
My waiting time was approximately 30 seconds until I was greeted and the technician assigned to my car.
