not happy
1st they cancelled my appointment.when they replace my windscreen it started to leak water on my stereo.i bring the car back to national windscreen.where they had it all day.i never drive the car for 3 days when i bring the car home.so after 3 days i open the car to find out the leak was a lot worser the dash was cover in water so i drive my car to them.a member of staff say they would ring me on monday..it 2 weeks now and noreply.and now the plastic seal on windscreen driver side as come lose.

Everything was good except for some…
Everything was good except for some reason I was made to wait about 5 minutes in reception on my own although the office was manned. Hence 4* it could so easily have been a 5. There was no one in the queue in front of me it was just me?
The job was completed ahead of schedule and as far as I can tell it was a good job.

New windscreen was instantly cracked by technician leaving the new windscreen in a worse condition and yet i have been invoiced for this work when my vehicle is worse off. New booking was made for 7 days time hoping for a better experience next time around.

Exceptional service and very friendly staff! I needed a window screen replaced and was told it would take about 4 hours, but they completed it in just 1.5 hours. They were polite, efficient, and made the process stress-free. Their quick turnaround really helped me get to work on time. I highly recommend this place for quality and friendly service.
