the technician has not fitted the glass…
the technician has not fitted the glass correctly they is gap in window if it rain my car seat would get wet. the technician didn't even hoover the car out he was telling my partner I need to take it to the car wash and get them to do it. I need the technician to come back and fit it properly.

National Windowscreens
I had two large chips in my windowscreen which needed fixing before they got bigger. My insurance took me through to National Windowscreens website and we filled in all the information that was required and within half an hour I was called to book my car in to be sorted. I turned up and my car was taken to the garage area for the screen to be fixed. The crew were very friendly and it took no time at all. My screen looked good as new and I was on my way home. Would highly recommend National Windowscreens for any replacement screens or chip fixes.

The Hoddesdon Branch was excellent
The Hoddesdon Branch was excellent, very helpful and efficient, managed to replace and re-calibrate much quicker than expected. They were also very pleasant and helpful, quite different to the Watford Branch which I would never go to again.

Company could improve by calling people when their car is ready, company can put wires back from dash cam as before as now I have wires out which wasn’t like that before

Understanding towards the client!
My experience was great because the customer service was exceptional, the team was very understanding when it came to be making them aware that I was running a little late for my appointment and even further when I mentioned I may not be able to make it for closing time so instead picked up my vehicle the following morning, thank you for making this an easy task
