Hi. It turned out i needed a new windscreen once the chips were checked. I needed the replacement fitted urgently and they fitted me in on a weekend. They were very helpful and everything was completed as promised.

Unacceptable wait
We were told the windscreen would be done within 4 hours, left it at 8.30am, we returned at 4 hours, and it was not ready. We had to wait for a further 1.5 hours in the reception area for it to be done. What a waste of time.
