First class service from an amazing team
I sustained a stonechip to the windscreen and unfortunately it unfortunately 'starred' overnight. I immediately phoned National Windscreens in Inverness on my way home to see if I could get it repaired when passing through. Kenny was so, so helpful and managed to squeeze in a repair and Kevin repaired it so well even he couldn't find the original chip. Kenny pulled up all the insurance information through the computer system and made it very stress free for me. What a very helpful, thoughtful and efficient service and fabulous teamwork from everyone. Thank you so much, I really appreciated the support you gave me. First class all the way.

Still no windscreen replacement
Absolutely shocking service. No communication from anyone unless I contacted them and demanded it. I wouldn’t have even known when the appointment was if I didn’t chase them to tell me. Was told they would ring on the day between 9 and 9.30am to confirm a timeframe and had no contact at all, again. Still no new windscreen. Supposed to be installed today (a month after requesting an appointment) and zero response when trying to call the branch. Which is nothing new, every time I try ringing no one answers, it forwards onto a central line who try to get the branch to ring back but they never do.

The chip on the centre of my van windscreen dosen't look like it's been repaired? Quite disappointing as I've used Autoglass before and never had a problem. Tried contacting them to no avail. They were a week late coming around due to staffing issues too.
