I thought the repair was OK at first…
I thought the repair was OK at first but it changed and it is obvious there is damage. I rang up and was told a manager would ring me back. He didn't. I rang again and the phone was put down. I rang again and was told no repairs are guaranteed and there was nothing to be done. UPDATE: National Windscreens did respond to this review but they didn't use my correct name and showed no interest in why I was not satisfied but merely said they would review my experience in-house.

Drove 1hr10 minutes total to be told it’s been cancelled.
Drove 1hr10 minutes round trip to be told my appointment had to be rescheduled. I had confirmation of my booking and chased 4 days and then the night before to check what time I should drop off the car. I was told 8:30 and by 9 I was driving home with a new appointment 2 weeks later…sort your booking systems out. I’ve given two stars rather than one because the people who fit the screens were very apologetic and nice. This a systems issue not the engineers fault.

They cancelled my 1st 2 appointments…
They cancelled my 1st 2 appointments last minute, which was not helpful. But my 3rd appointment, they phoned to say they would be 20 minutes, arrived on time and were courteous and professional.

Great service and helpful staff
The staff at the centre in Ipswich were very helpful and did a great job! They also helped us when the calibration could not be completed in the workshop! This was frustrating but everyone has been helpful in getting this issue resolved.

Unfortunately one of your junior fitters damaged the inside trim on the passenger side of my Kia Sportage, I am still awaiting for the part to be replaced.
I believe it was a genuine mistake, but it is still very inconvenient.

What a 2nd rate company
First visit wrong screen, staff asleep in office.
Second visit had to wait for staff member to arrive late to confirm screen now was correct.
When arrived at dump of a depot met by rude staff. The already had unsatisfied customer waiting for staff to decide to turn up.
I left and will not be back. Would not want any of them working on my vehicle!!!!
Forced to go there by insurance company.

Found a small scuff on top left of the screen there was shards of broken windscreen glass on my dash and bonnet and there is a square trim cover that's vanished .
