The Windscreen was replaced very quickly and the Technician I dealt with was polite. The only downside was navigating the Car Park in which it's located. Could have done with a bit more spedicifc information.

Very good service all round

The whole process was easy from first call to a wonderful finished job.

The technician on site was polite, explained everything and left the windscreen looking amazing. There is just a tiny mark now where a glass spiderweb had been.

They arrived within the time slot and sent me updates. The window was replaced in less than an hour and they cleaned up all the broken glass that was in the car. Perfect job. The person who carried out the work was very polite and friendly too.

Get a call on the day of my appointment to the most blasse customer service agent who could not give a monkey about cancelling my appointment. No apology just very matter of fact. The reason was the van holding the shipment of glass got stuck… so they rearranged my appointment for 3 WEEKS LATER 🤣. An absolute joke of a company. I had to chase them up and say I needed it done MUCH sooner and they could not be bothered to help at all- again, no apologies nothing. Clearly they all need training in dealing with customers especially frustrated customers who had already waited 2 weeks for a windscreen replacement. No one in this company’s gives a crap- don’t bother ever using them.

The customer service to start off was great. However the whole back of our car was scratched (as if someone keyed the car or went at it with a blade) when the windshield was being replaced and when we called to report this they said "he said he didn't do it" despite the photographic proof we have and shared with them of the damage before and after. While we have a new back windshield, we were disappointed this wasn't dealt with in a better way.

National windscreens made my screen replacement super easy. Clear communication and great windscreen replacement service. Could not recommend more

Excellent pre replacement conversations- prompt informative texts and telephone conversations. Replacement within 3 days that included a weekend. The engineer arrived as planned- I was seriously impressed with his professionalism and skills, this man whose name I think was Billy is a magnificent asset to National Windscreens. Thankyou.

Very prompt, good service

Engineer kept me informed of estimated arrival time and was actually 29 minutes early. He was quick and left left clear instructions about use of the car after repair.
The online process and booking was also very efficient.
