I was very impressed by the two young men who came to replace my windscreen. I was kept informed about their arrival time and amazed that they had the new windscreen fitted in about one hour! Difficult as my car is parked on a London street. My car was left clean and glass free and just pleased how well it was done my first experience of driving for over 50 years to have a need for my windscreen replaced.

the person who came to fit the window had a trainee with him and said that the windscreen replacement would take a bit longer due to him showing the trainee what he was doing.i told him that wasn't a problem.
he done a great job and even with the trainee was still done in good time.

The technician came and was done in less than 10 minutes. It had started to rain and I couldn’t see the repair of very well and he rushed me to Sign the consent form. Three days on and the chip has grown. I’m not happy with the service I called to complain and so far nothing has been done.

Disgrace- have been waiting for a simple windscreen for nearly 3 weeks and they have no updates for me. They are awaiting parts from their UK supplier from day 1. It's Christmas and they don't have any humanly touch to ensure ppl can at least have some faith and relax even at this time of the year. Pls avoid

Everything was carried out professionally and didn't take to long
It was explained to me how long it would take to change windscreen and all was carried out on time and I was told how long to leave it and not to wash it within next 48hrs.
