Happy with service, would use again

Offhand reception your screen will take…
Offhand reception your screen will take hours. One hour later phone call saying it would be ready in 20 minutes, which was great. On return we had to get someone to hoover the car out to remove shards of glass. Whilst apologetic it was pretty obvious it hadnt been done or inspected.

Disappointed customer!
Person turned up early - which suited me better. Did the job but when asked why I could still see the damaged area, told me that it is normal! I am unhappy with this as I was not aware that this would be the outcome. I was also disappointed that I could not visit the local branch to get the repair done.

The actual fixing of the windscreen was done perfectly right and I quite like the outcome. the staff are quite polite and professional the only issues with me is that I have got to wait about 4 hours before I could get the car back, and this happened to be a very hot day.

Efficient and friendly service
I arrived a little late for my appointment, but the team was very efficient and my car was ready sooner than I had expected. The appointment reminders were helpful, and everyone I dealt with on site was friendly and professional. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient service from the staff.
