Excellent Service

Avoid
Rear windscreen on Jaguar blew for whatever reason. Two National windscreen technicians came out to replace the rear windscreen and left shards of glass in the sealed unit whereby they could be heard everytime the tailgate was opened and closed. The technicians then wiped the rear bodywork with a cloth which contained glass fragments that badly scratched and damaged the paintwork, in places, down to the bare metal. National Windscreens HO denied all responsibilities despite before and after images showing the damage. We visited the Branch involved with the vehicle whereby the Manager confirmed that the technicians were at fault. The Insurance Company thankfully, put right, the damage caused by National Windscreens. I would never use National Windscreens again nor recommend them.

They changed the time of the booking after waiting 12 days just because the branch staff had preferences and didn't bother to let me know . They sent me an email with 30 min before the branch closing time when nobody are answering questions
