When I first booked my car in I was told my insurance was invalid and I was to ring my insurance company. You could imagine the panic. It was a mistake and the service after that the service was great from drop off to pick up

This company dented the roof of my car and refuses to take responsibility; I do not recommend them.

They did exactly what they had said needed doing in a smaller window of time then I was told which made the wit much less boring , around good guys

Had my windscreen replaced, and the process went well. I dropped the car off for about six hours and picked it up once the work was done. The team kept me updated, and the final result was spot‑on. Really happy with the quality of the replacement.

Reception wre unhelpful. On enquiring roughly how long I was told it "would be hours". Fine, but one hour later I got a call to say it would be ready in 20 minutes. Great.
On opening the car I had to call them back out to hoover up the glass. They were apologetic and assured me a cover had been used but not effectivly? Spent 20 minutes finshing the hoovering when we got home

Excellent work, called to arrange early morning drop off and very helpful. A little late in finishing, but I was only waiting 30 mins.

Engineer was on time, phoned ahead and took great care in replacing my window screen for my van

Service was great, I dropped my car off first thing in the morning for a new windscreen. A few hours later had a call to say it was ready no problems. I also like to say the staff was friendly and helpful.

From start to finish the the whole process was straightforward and the guys on the day were efficient, helpful and friendly

The communication was great, I was reminded of the time and day the work was going to be done. I was given the option of cancelling if life situation changes.
On the day I went to the workshop I was welcomed by a member of staff who truly looked after me and went through the process of what work was going to be carried out. My waiting time was great and when the work was completed I received a call and I was informed about the things I was to be careful about during the 72 hours period.
