Expect delays
National Windscreens did a good job replacing my windscreen, the only criticism I have is the length of time taken. I arrived within the designated time slot but the system seems to be on a first come first served basis so my windscreen took 4 hours to be replaced while some people who had arrived 10 minutes before me were done in 2 hours. I suggest it may be a better idea to have different slots every two hours or so rather than a morning session and a afternoon session. My car was the last of the day and once it had been complete around 4:30 it looked like the garage had finished for the day even thought they are advertised to be open until 5:30. I couldn't help but think that my car was dragged out just long enough so they could justify not fitting another fitting after me which may be part of the reason for such a lengthy replacement.
So in conclusion if you arrive towards the end of your time slot expect to wait the full 4 hours, a much more appropriate system it seems would be allowing people to come at more frequent intervals so their work can be done immediately rather than waiting hours before it evens gets started to work on.

Positive Experience
I was greeted by a very polite gentleman who explained everything to me. He invited me to take a seat and a drink whilst I waited and explained the timeframe I would be there. The service was excellent and the replacement done to a high standard and and explanation as to why it took slightly longer than expected was given.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and professional and polite. They were really understanding of my disability and the only downside was that the morning of my replacement the technicians vehicle broke down so I had to drive out to the depot but well worth the trip very happy with the service and my new windscreen

Excellent, fast service!
I cannot fault the service I received when having my windscreen and wipers replaced.
On arrival, the technician (a very nice young man named Ryan) came and collected my keys and explained it would be up to 4 hours to wait.. thankfully he completed the work quickly and competently and I was on my way home within 2 hrs!
