Booking can be a frustrating experience
The appointment booking system is crazy. I got passed from one customer service person to another four times. The appointment was then changed due to the windscreen type being workshop only, then the local centre could not offer a slot for three weeks so I had a 90 minute drive to Oxford. Who did the job promptly but the disorganised booking service is poor.

Poor quality checking let the team down
Staff were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, the windscreen was not properly connected to the electronic traffic sign assist system. I had to take it back the following day, another 2 hour round trip. However there was no issue with resolving the issue and was booked in first thing the following morning.

Very good job and well finished
Very good job and well finished. The main reason for it only being a 4* review is the fact that there are relatively few slots open to book so you have to wait a bit. Other than that, happy to use again.
