Very good job and well finished. The main reason for it only being a 4* review is the fact that there are relatively few slots open to book so you have to wait a bit. Other than that, happy to use again.

Helpful staff. Dropped car back to me as I waited locally as it was pouring with rain.
Downside was the lead time. Had to wait a few weeks with a crack going halfway across the windscreen before they could fit.

A massive thank you to the man who came out to repair my windscreen (works for the Oxford branch I think). He was very professional, helpful, friendly and was an overall pleasure to deal with. I was surprised how easy the process was of getting someone to fix the windscreen and the person I spoke to on the phone was also lovely. Highly recommend!

A bit disappointed with the experience overall
I initially booked a chip repair with National Windscreens, but the wait for an appointment was far too long. By the time someone came out, the chip had unfortunately grown, which likely compromised the effectiveness of the repair. I wasn’t happy with the result and ended up having to request a full windscreen replacement instead.
What made things more frustrating was the long delay between appointments — especially for the second visit, which should have been prioritised given the circumstances. While the team were polite and helpful on the day, the long wait times between appointments really let the service down.
A quicker response could have prevented the issue escalating and saved me time and extra cost.
