Brilliant service Informed me they received the wrong glass for my car and that I would have to rebook another appointment.
They then just by chance the nice man found one at another depot and went and collected it and fitted that day.

Nice job overall
The technician who replaced my Skoda's windscreen was polite and did a thorough job.
He took his time and the result was good.
Only one gripe was that a few bits of sensor wire were left inside the vehicle, but it's not that much of a deal.
It was New year's eve and everyone deserves to get back to their families after all.

Wrong glass ordered & New glass scratched
Wrong glass was ordered and not checked before current glass was removed. Car had to be left overnight leaving myself without transport for work. Gentlemen was very apologetic. New glass has a scratched right across the driver side. Not the best experience

Good service but the booking-in system needs improvement
The quality of service was very good. The replacement windscreen was fitted within the expected timescale and to a high level. Booking online was also straightforward. However, there was confusion stemming from a central hub booking in general timescales which didn't correlate with the local branch. I.E. I booked a morning 4hr slot so was advised to drop off between 8.30-9am so it would be finished by lunchtime, no problem. But when I received a call from the branch to see I could come the same day due to a cancellation (which I couldn't) I took the chance to check my original booking time as well, only to be informed that they had it scheduled in for 11.30am! No good if they needed 4hrs. The local branch sorted it out and it ultimately was done as planned, but the company need to build a slicker system for better comprehension on both sides and improved customer satisfaction.

I received a phone call from the man who was coming to replace the windscreen, he said the time he would be arriving and arrived on time. I had asked for a morning slot and this was catered for. The man was polite and explained what he'd be doing, how long he'd be and the recommendations for use afterwards.
