I had a crack in my windscreen and had to book in a replacement windscreen. The communication was clear and accurate throughout, tracking of the staff member is great idea. The changing of the windscreen was quick and done well with afters-care advice. The gentleman who changed my windscreen was polite and friendly, and patient when we had to change location due to weather.
