Unfortunately came back from holiday to notice a massive crack in the windscreen so had to get a replacement asap.
Getting a date and time at a close location was quite awkward through National Windscreens and they wanted a window of keeping the car for several hours which wasn't ideal. However, when I turned up the gentleman that was doing the work was great; very polite and helpful and got to work quickly. He gets top marks but the booking system need improvement I feel.

The Windscreen technician's home visit…
The Windscreen technician's home visit was excellent. The assessment of the damaged screen and the installation of the new one was very efficient.
However, there was a delay in sourcing the new screen. Good customer service at the depot and National level. Very satisfied with their service.
