Quick, and professional replacement but booking system needs work
Once booked, the staff at the depot were very welcoming and the replacement was completed quickly and professionally. However, this is the second time I have booked to have a windscreen changed and both times the appointments have been moved from the preferred am to a pm slot. The reminders are sent still referring to the am slot which meant I had to call to check I was still expected in the afternoon. It would be far better if you could show available slots, have them bookable in real time, and then keep to them to the time confirmed as it means putting in place plans for work or other commitments for the whole day ‘just in case’ with the current system

It wasn't great
It wasn't great. You sent me an appointment for the morning then changed it to the afternoon. After leaving the centre the mirror fell off the windscreen and it needed replacing by the car dealership.

Disappointed with trim damage
Initially pleased with windscreen install. Small amount of black debris on the dashboard presumably from removing windscreen bond/sealant.
Then noticed damage to the passenger side of the centre console near the cup holders, the when washed, first wash since windscreen change the trim is damaged and not fitted correctly near side bottom corner of the windscreen, I can send pictures, please advise. I will make my insurer aware. This is my work car, others rarely travel in it, none since windscreen replaced, disappointed as the guys on site were polite and friendly
