Good and bad
Good customer service. Friendly staff however, the replacement of my rear windscreen after it being vandalised was sub par. There is plenty of broken glass left in the boot under the cover panel. There is broken glass inside the boot door between the body and the internal panel which I will need to disassemble and clear out. Also, there are loose panels that sit beside the window which would've been removed when fitting the new window and the wiper has been positioned incorrectly- too low.

Zero Stars, changed my windscreen and I they gave me the car with windscreen pillar full of grease and dirty from their hands they did not bother to change gloves, I told them and the guy was like I will give them a quick wipe, obviously they are fabric and wiping them just made it worse, and I said its not going this way he said thats what we always use! so they always mess up

The service was extremely disappointing. A small chip on my windscreen actually became larger and worse after their repair. When I asked for a resolution, they dismissed my concerns and claimed everything was covered under the terms and conditions I had signed after the service. I strongly recommend avoiding this costly repair service. You’re better off choosing a cheaper provider—or even replacing the windscreen altogether for a bit more—than dealing with this place.

Over promised and under delivered
Quality of the installation was fine. The issue was over-promising and under-delivering.
Appointment was booked a couple of weeks in advance. I arrived at the earliest time in the email (12noon) and was told it should take no more than 4 hours. When I returned at 3.30 the car hadn't been touched. I asked for an update and was told would be ready by 5pm. If there was a delay, I would have expected to be told. I waited in the uncomfortable waiting room until it was ready at 5.20. No communication, no apology. I was just told they'd booked too many people in.
