Absolutely excellent in every way
Very easy to book, choice of coming to my home or going to their workshop. Arrived on time, very good communication. Really polite nice guy came to do the job. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. Very good repair which I'm completely happy with. All the insurance handled for me. Staff were polite, knowledgeable and informative. The job was completed efficiently and post-job admin was straightforward. Technical aspects of the process were top quality. The reason for 4 stars was that the first windscreen delivered to the depot was not the correct one; requiring a re-order and a second round trip to finally get the job done.
