Like others, I was taken in by this company since I did not know that this kind of blatant fraud was even legal (it probably isn't!)
As soon as I received this (awful) dress I attempted to return it but was told (as others were) this would cost me £20. I settled for a £10 refund- extremely reluctantly- but of course this never arrived!
Do not be tempted by this company. It is a scam and they have no compunction in robbing you of your money. It grieves me to be forced to give them even 1 star.

I saw what looked like a beautiful white and blue "linen" dress (described as a blend of fabrics). It was half price , so I sent for it as I was about to go on holiday and it looked perfect. Unfortunately, it took much longer than I anticipated and it arrived whilst I was away. I was looking forward to trying it on yesterday but when I saw it through the plastic, I was horrified. It was awful! It was a cheap, printed, shapeless material and I decided to send it back in line with their 30 day returns policy. When I looked the policy up (which I should have done before I bought it) it states that their goods are shipped from China, so the cost of return to China is at least £20, and all labels must be attached. This is difficult as there are no labels attached in the first place, so a return is throwing good money after bad as I believe this would be their get out clause to deny customers eligibilty for a refund as the labels have been removed. I will not even waste time phoning the company, so I can't comment on customer service. I'm absolutely disgusted that the firm purports to be a reputable business operating in London, the rags they are selling are made to look of high quality. I am also disgusted at myself for not looking them up on trustpilot where a high percentage of the reviews are 1.

Navy-London is a scam Chinese company that send out dish cloth like clothing with holes in it and utterly unwearable. They then offer you discounts and tell you you have to return to China at your expense, basically an illegal, money laundering company. Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting for order , money taken from my account was on the 13 th of August and I have not heard anything from them unable to contact them

Utterly shoddy goods. I'm visiting trades description office today for advice

After visit to local office today have been advised to report Navy London to National trading standards scan team.
I also intend to notify Facebook of scam co.

Product not like the one advertised and far too small - not U.K. sizes. Then they make you pay for return to China which is half the price of the product, after 5 emails offering different options. I just want a refund and return as the product is wrong. Do not buy from this company.

The items of clothing on your website are NOTHING like the actual items. Cheap fabric - horrid actually. Nasty tent like dresses and a shocking returns policy. Also NOT based in the UK therefore don't call yourself Navy London! I want all my money back and will report you to Trading Standards.

Please, please , please , do not purchase from this company . I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand , they are one hundred per cent truthful . I’m angry that I have been misled by the pictures and promised good quality and that I have wasted my money on a dress and shoes I will never wear . It is false advertising and they are taking your hard earned money under false pretences ! There is nothing good about what this company is offering , either goods or service

The cheapest imagineable products that bear little resemblance to the marketing photos and fit appallingly.

How I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Dreadful company to deal with. They are obviously based in China. After placing an order I then read the reviews and tried to cancel my order, and emailing them several times. Automated replies every time. Eventually the item arrived. Shouldn't have been shocked but I was. Awful material, wrong size and misshapen! Another email sent, response is asking for a photo! What good will that do, you can't see the quality of the garment by photo. Fed up with them and have contacted my Bank to see if they can help. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY.

I have had the same awful experience as loads of others shame I didn’t see the comments and reviews before ordering. Dress looked great £70 reduced to £34.95. Waited ages and a cheap polyester tent arrived. No labels attached nor a maker’s label inside. Endless emails they are not a UK company as pretending to be. Wants you to return to China for a full return costing £20.

Dress ordered was like a tent, material not what I expected, arranged a return, has to go to Chine for some inexplicable reason with a 14 day time limit which is not a viable time frame. I want a refund but it’s looking highly unlikely. Ridiculous situation in this day and age. Cannot recommend buying from this company. I feel extremely let down.

Like so many of the reviewers I feel so silly to have been taken in by this company. The dress I ordered is horrendous and the cost to return would be throwing good money after bad. Avoid this company.

The dress eventually arrived. Material is awful. No labels for care, country of manufacture etc.
I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this company.

Oh dear wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I am not expecting anything wonderful now. Been waiting two weeks for delivery cannot track parcel. Very disappointing don’t bother using this company!

The dress I received is cheap and nasty not at all as the photo Take a look at their return policy!!!! Costs at least £20 to return something at customer's expense.

I too wish I’d read the reviews before I sent off for a dress. The fabric is vile. Looks like linen in the pictures and is an awful man made nylon type and doesn’t look like the picture at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible experience like so many others! Bought leather slippers. Waited 6 weeks. They are terrible. If I was’t so annoyed that I’d lost my money it would be like a comedy, as the shoes are so awful compared with the advert! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY

Waited month for dress just arrived not as described absolute rubbish wouldn’t even pay £5 in street market for it will never buy anything again from advert I see on facebook

Update:
Refuse delivery of the goods and tell either Royal Mail or Evri you do not want the package, it will be a flat packed bag, so don't expect shoe boxes etc. I had to wait a month with my Barclays Bank, but they did hold the money to give them a chance to respond. They didn't give the bank any reason to honour the payment and it was put back into my bank yesterday. I had to send all emails from them to the bank as they harassed me every day to try and take the goods. DO NOT ORDER - THESE ARE FAKE GOODS FROM CHINA.
Do not let the goods in the house and you can get your money back.They are tracked back to sender who is not NAVY LONDON. Infact they don't exist in the UK - CHINA SCAMMERS.
WATCH FOR THE REFUND POLICY - UP TO 16 WEEKS AND OVER 20 POUNDS TO RETURN.
By far the worst experience I have ever had ordering online, but I am delighted they did not get one penny of my money!!
