Absolutely awful experience - bought pair of shoes... Took 3 weeks to arrive and they were the wrong size compared to ones ordered. I was asked to pay to send pair back to receive the correct pair even though total responsibility for error on their side. Avoid this company

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. My dress finally arrived today. If I had realised it was coming from China I would not have ordered from this company. The material is vile. No label to give info re country of manufacture, composition of material or care instructions. I have not even bothered to try it on. I will be contacting this Company but hold out no hope of a refund. It costs £19.95 to return - not worth the effort. BEWARE!!

As with other reviews, the dress I received was awful. No manufacture/size/care label anywhere - not that I would ever wear it. The material is cheap polyester. I feel an idiot for even buying it.

I have spoken to the credit card company I paid with and advised them about the dress not being up to standard and the fact the returns label is £19.95. Watch this space

Don’t buy from this company!!! I was misled by the name and stupidly didn’t check reviews! The dress was nothing like the website just cheap rubbish! And £20 to return to China!!!! So cross with myself!

Ordered a dress that took 3 weeks to arrive. The dress is awful nothing like described cheap fabric no labels inside. A total waste of money have taken it to a charity shop .. but I doubt anyone would buy it !!
Don’t be fooled as I was with the London title it’s all from China with London pricing.
Be warned.

Would like to give zero stars but can’t. Really poor quality & design of dress which looks nothing like the one advertised on their website. Returns cost at least £19.50 which isn’t clear when buying. Moreover it states that you may have to wait 16 weeks for refund !!

Can’t give zero stars unfortunately but honestly these people are absolute crooks. How they have audacity to send their cheap awful products which are nothing like their adverts is truly insulting and criminal. Will report to consumer rights body.

Pity I can’t give zero stars. Ordered a heavy weight cotton dress for £34.95. When it arrived was badly made, ill fitting, cheap polyester type material. The refund policy is a total lie. Minimum £19.95 return postage which they insist is tracked. Should be stopped from advertising on

I ordered a pair of slippers from Navy-London ,however what I received wasn't the item that I ordered.A long series of emails ensued but Navy-London at no point acknowledged that it was their mistake.They offered me deals to keep the slippers and receive 25% refund, then a 30% discount and lastly a 50% discount on any other item I purchase.I refused all and suggested that I would donate the slippers to a charity shop, providing photo as proof and they would refund me in full. This wasn't considered at all. Now I have to fill in a return form and send the horrible slippers back to China at my expense.PLEASE DON'T TRY TO BUY FROM NAVY-LONDON.THEY'RE A THOROUGHLY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY BASED IN CHINA.

I totally agree with the other comments. I thought I had checked out that the item did not come from China but sadly was wrong. It’s hidden away in the terms and conditions. Wish I had looked at Trustpilot first. £22,40 to return!! Polite but completely unhelpful emails. I also suspect that they trade under several different names. They don’t even deserve one star.

Ordered a pair of sandals and received a completely different model, it matches the colour only.
Contact them and they've asked me to send it back on my expenses ( cost is from 19.95 ) even though is their mistake, in order to get a refund of 35£.

Ordered two items separately and both never turned up.They used false images too and what I bought wasn't authentic. Complete fraud!!!DONT BUY

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Same story as others, dress arrived, not cotton, horrible sweaty sticky polyester. I don't have much hope of returning it for a refund, esp if the post will cost £20 plus. Beware these Chinese companies, I've been caught before, so stupid.

Avoid this company - they are seriously ripping people off!! I was surprised to receive my order four weeks later but not surprised that I opened it to find a sub-standard product!! Plastic not leather! It’s not even a like-for-like product - the shoes they have sent are nothing like what was advertised!! I cannot stress enough to avoid this company- they are breaching UK trading standards on every level and need stopping!!

The fabric the dress was advertised was not what it came as. The quality was absolutely rubbish when I said I wanted to return them they offered me a shed load of discounts to keep them turned out the business is in China so returning is v expensive. When I said they were misleading people by calling by implying they were in London I was told it is made very clear they were a Chinese based business. Stay clear

The dress advertised looked neat smart and well made . The garment received isn’t fit to put in the dustbin. The advertised garment was linen or linen blend while the dress received is polyester !!!
The advert suggests this is made in uk when in fact it is made in china. Absolutely appalling company . Returns cost £20 too!!!

At first the item (Roma leather unisex slippers) was unavailable in the colour ordered. An alternative colour was offered and declined. A refund was requested. This was ignored except for an automated reply that didn’t address the question. Then the colour was available but declined in favour of a refund but the item had been despatched. On receipt the item sent was a shoddy, synthetic substitute, not the we item as shown on the website.

Received this dress, looked lovely in the photo. When it arrived it was appalling, material thin and poor quality. I thought by paying a bit more (£34.99) that it would be different from the usual Chinese rubbish, I was wrong. I should have just gone to Temu or AliExpress, at least you’re only paying a few pounds then. Can’t return the damn thing so just got a 30% refund. It’s just going in the bin, it’s so awful.

Do not use this company. Cheap and shoddy! The garment did not resemble the product advertised at all
The after service is appaulling. I have informed my credit card company and hopefully they will cancel the payment to Navy London.
I do not trust this company and will make sure I let people know not to touch this company with a barge pole!
