It’s a fake company that sell cheap items from china, they advertise items on their website which they do not supply.

Ordered a pair of 39 shoes, they arrived, beautiful shoes, lovely quality size 43!!! lots of backward and forwarding, they wanted me to pay them to send me the correct 39 shoes, i refused, eventually they said they would send me another pair at the correct size 39.....the beautiful shoes arrived size? yep 43 again. I now have 2 pairs of size 43 shoes!!! spoke to my Visa company they refunded me and opened up case with Nay-London. What a shamble of a company!

Do not buy from these cowboys - the dress was more like a tent than a dress in size small. The fabric, if you can call it that was too dreadful for words. they con you on offering a 25% refund & keep the 'tent' & you have to pay the return postage to somewhere in Guandong Province at an outrageous price - they're no more Navy-London.uk than I am - they are a con & I'm very angry with them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and "nothing". Have written to customer services three times - each time they have promptly replied assuring me that my shoes are "on their way".. but still nothing has arrived and they can't provide any shipment or tracking numbers.. I suspect that I've been scammed and doubt that I will ever see the shoes, or my money, again! I checked them out online and all looked totally legitimate before ordering - but they're running an operation out of China and not here in the UK, as implied. Avoid at all costs.

The dress I ordered was advertised as 100% luxury cotton but upon arrival there was not a thread of cotton in it. One of the pockets was unusable as had been partially stitched up so my hand would not fit. Initially offered 15% refund and keep the dress which was increased to 30% when refused as unacceptable. As it would cost approximately £20 to return I reluctantly accepted. I suppose I can use it as an expensive duster! I won’t buy from them again

Avoid this company like the plague! It is totally a SCAM. I don’t understand why Facebook allow them to trade…. Well I guess Facebook get a kickback!
The site looks genuine and the clothes look great quality but in reality, when you eventually receive the product, it’s made of the worse fabric possible and looks absolutely nothing like the description. The blue striped dress I ordered wasn’t even worth trying on because it was disgusting, I wouldn’t be seen dead in it!
Anna replies fairly quickly, (probably cut and paste replies). She offers discounts to encourage us to keep the product because to return it to China would cost between £16-£19. (We checked that out). Obviously not worth returning and this company know that. It’s a total SCAM and somehow it should be reported but who do we go to to prevent other people making the same mistake?
They don’t even deserve one star but we have no choice!

My dress arrived eventually. Absolutely awful quality nothing like the picture. The pocket was hanging out and hadn’t been stitched around, so useless! The material was so cheap , reminded me of a cheap nylon overall . The dress style was again nothing like the picture.
I can only assume their returns policy is meant to deter return of the garment.
A total con ! A disgrace they are allowed to advertise.
My advice Do Not be Tempted.

Well I ordered two jumpsuits from Navy-London. Two weeks ago they emailed me to say there was no longer any stock of my items. I said I was disappointed but I will accept A refund. I then got an email to say they have the stock now and the order is on. Nothing. Nothing has turned up.
I’ve asked three times for a refund and I’m told my request has gone to the back office and they will get back to me. Looking at the other reviews I’m v concerned about the quality and the refund.
I think I’m gonna have to say goodby to the money as they are china based

Just received total piece of trash blue shirt bearing no relationship to what I ordered. Nasty polycotton at best, horrible blue and not even the same design - oh and it would cost me the earth to return to CHINA. Totally scammed - PLEASE avoid and rate as they deserve if you are unfortunate enough to have been let down. This company also uses lots of other names which imply that they are local - you can tell by the similar designs. Ive learnt a lesson

Wish I could give no stars. Absolute con and waste of money. Dress was nothing like the picture, horrible cheap fabric. I am now gearing up to an email argument with them.

I made a school girl error of trusting the images Navy London used on Instagram to promote a blouse. I soon realised (too late as had already placed the order) that the firm had nothing to do with London even less to do with supplying wearable clothes. I waited for over two weeks for the blouse to arrive. It’s made of the cheapest fabric imaginable with a weird smell and I won’t even bother trying to iron out the creases. It looks absolutely nothing like the image on Instagram and is a complete waste of £32. Straight to the recycling bin as it’s not worth the time and effort trying to get a refund from this sorry excuse for a clothing retailer.

I ordered 2 dresses from Navy London UK when they arrive 3 weeks later from China they were nothing like their pictures cheap fabric poorly made one sleeve long then the other just awful both garments cost £34.95 each
They state on their website 100% refund guarantee But its not they offer a small % back !!

This is a con artist company. Using name Navy-London but actually from China. Advertising orthopaedic shoes which is a complete fabrication. Unfortunately trading standards can do nothing as not in UK. Avoid at all costs. Cheap imitation crap. Keeps offeringme discountsto order againand keep products. Total waste of time and money DON'T USE THEM

Would give no stars. Cotton jumpsuit, is not cotton but nylon shoddy fabric.
Customer service is awful.
Not London or Cannock based, but China. All items have to be returned there at your expense.

Navy-London is an absolute disgrace, they are still showing a navy/white dress, which I ordered. They sent me from China, a plain blue shabby looking dress in questionable material.
I asked for refund but they sent me another 2 dresses, exactly the same !!
They say I can return the dresses, at MY own expense and offered me 25% off. How this company get away with it, is astounding 😡

Item took around 3 weeks to arrive so was too late for the occasion I ordered it for. The dress was very poor quality, nothing like the image. Returns have to be sent back to China and paid for yourself starting from £19.99, presumably to deter customers from returning any items. I would never use this company again.

Ordered the item - a jumpsuit - which I had seen on Instagram and when it eventually arrived, it was definitely NOT the jumpsuit that was pictured! Thin fabric, no collar, no buttons on the pocket - a total scam! My advice? Do not waste your money! I am returning the item - to CHINA - despite the contact details being given as "UK" but will be surprised if I get a refund! Totally disappointing.
