Amazing
We met Morgan at the Warrington store. He was friendly, knowlegable and attentive, without being pushy. He talked us through the process of purchasing a new suite and he was happy to answer any questions. I would recommend everyone looking for furnitue to visit this store.

Sofa purchase
I’ve just bought a new sofa from the Warrington branch, I’ve been in to browse the sofas and finally to buy. Both times Laura has helped me and could not have done more for me whilst in store. Mattress purchase
We bought a mattress from the store yesterday. Tom was very informative and helpful. The purchase was quick and simple and the delivery process was clearly explained. No pressure selling which was refreshing as we experienced this the previous 2 stores we visited.

Singularly the worse customer service I…
Singularly the worse customer service I have ever experienced.
I bought a 3 seater sofa and chair and paid for delivery. Upon delivery a 3rd party company, headed by the Chuckle Brothers could not fit the sofa through the door, when it quite clearly could.
They took the sofa and chair away and whilst putting the sofa back onto the lorry dropped it, and made a huge cracking noice.
Since then due to the Stores having no phone and the call centre in Birmingham being understaffed (this has been relayed to me on numerous occasions) I have visited the store 4 times and sent numerous E-Mails all without any conclusion.
I am currently sat on Deck Chairs in my 4 bedroom house 9 days after the failed and damaged delivery.
The icing on the cake is the Direct Debit was taken from my account without receiving any goods .
Avoid at all costs
