Reema from NCF was amazing

Reema from NCF was amazing. She’s so lovely and so honest which I was so appreciative of. She explained everything in clear detail. We came back a few times as I was unsure of which sofa, but she showed me exactly what I was looking for and made the process easy and simple.

Shaun from Stoke Store 10/10

We spoke to Shaun from the Stoke store and he answered all of our questions, didn’t push us to overspend and provided all the information we needed and went above and beyond in terms of service. He was also incredibly friendly and understanding.

Had a really good experience with… Lasantha at NCF Perry Barr

Had a really good experience with Lasantha at the Perry Barr branch when buying my sofa. He was, patient and not pushy at all. He was funny and friendly and really helpful by showing us AI mockups of what our choices could look like in our home. He helped with measurements and talked us through the options we had. He helped me find the right sofa for my home and made the whole process really easy. I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend him.
