AVOID! I think they’ve gone bust!

I placed an order two weeks ago for a mounting kit. The confirmation said 12-14 days (I presume that’s for custom neons, so I’d absolutely expect my order to be dispatched within that time.) After 14 days, I tried calling for an update. Their number doesn’t work. I then noticed their instagram hasn’t been active for two
Years (2023.) They've also not responded to emails or web forms. I’m just glad I haven’t spent hundreds of pounds on a neon!

no answer and no neon

I have made an order the 27 january 2024, and still have nothing. I have no news about the neon, since 26 february 2024. I have several attempts to reach the compagny, but I still have no answered at all. It's not serious at all. Maybe it's not a scam, but the logitisc is a disaster. Maybe my multiples emails are actually in their junk, still it can't be more disappointed. If I can't have my neon, maybe the refund is the solution of the problem.

Lots of waiting, not enough communication. (Still haven’t received sign.)

After ordering my sign in early January, I received no contact from NeonDirect until I reached out asking about the status of my order at the end of the month. Someone responded quickly and said that the sign should ship within the next couple of days. The sign did not ship until 10 days later and I still have not received my sign more than a month after the order.

BEWARE!!! Fake Company!

The company never sent the sign that I paid for on December 20. I have called them daily, but nobody ever answers the phone. I've also left multiple voicemails with my information, asking them to contact me. Neon Direct hasn't responded.

Shipped To Wrong Address But Made Right!

I ordered a neon light from this company and they sent it to the billing address in Pennsylvania not the shipping address in Texas. I called and emailed a few times but didn’t get a reply until I wrote a bad review. They apologized and said the emails had gone to junk, but I never received a response regarding my voicemails. Regardless, they did make it right by sending a whole new light to my place in Texas where it was meant to be sent so I do appreciate it. When I did get ahold of someone they were helpful and they got back to me quickly and politely! The light is beautiful as well! Better than expected.
