Excellent experience with these guys. Website and design was really easy and gave a good visual to show what the light would look like. Paid for express service and product was delivered on time. The light we received is fantastic and we've had many many compliments on it. We'll definitely be using these guys again.

The guys were so helpful answering any questions we had to making sure we received the sign in time for re-opening (the sign arrived earlier than even expected over a bank holiday) , when the sign arrived it was well packaged and everything is provided for you to fit the sign (even white gloves for protection when handling it). We will definitely be recommending Neon Direct. It has transformed our salon! Thank you again guys.

Took a bit longer to deliver than I had hoped (paid express and took over two weeks) - But well worth the wait and thrilled with the sign. Excellent communication once email established with Ryan. Will be ordering again. Absolutely recommend this company - product is outstanding!!!

I was gifted a sign by neon direct and I am so incredibly impressed with how it looks. Came safely packaged, and it is simple to construct out of the box...it even came with remote which is awesome! Highly recommend! They nailed my business logo too!

We contacted Neon Direct as they were a new local business and we had struggled with other neon companies. Ryan was amazing and we had half a dozen conversations and many emails to ensure he understood the requirements of our bespoke installation (Neon mounted on the back of a large muted photo of a beach where me and my wife first met). It was smoothly delivered last week and the result is truly outstanding - far in excess of our expectations. I will post some photos when it is mounted in our home. Where do I start amazing from start to finish. Turnaround time was a Little longer than usual they told me me before the purchase which was 21days it arrived just under a week earlier than they stated. Customer support was fantastic, there was always someone at the end of the phone for any queries. Ordered my second sign it will be here next week.
