Trying to arrange everything after the loss of a loved one is incredibly emotional and overwhelming, and navigating through the process can feel like a minefield. In an effort to make things easier, I decided to enlist the help of a solicitor to assist with settling the estate. I was assigned to Eloise Thurston (née Tillman), and she was nothing short of exceptional. She made everything seamless and took the worry out of this part of my grief journey.

Eloise demonstrated deep empathy and compassion throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and everything was completed in a timely manner. I do feel a sense of sadness that this part of the process has come to an end, but I am truly grateful for how she supported me from behind the scenes, gathering all the necessary information. It even felt like I was still doing something for him, that he still needed me, and though it may sound strange, it helped keep him alive in my thoughts.
