Genuinely kind and helpful team. I had all of my debt details to hand but they were also able to access a lot of information without the need for me to run around and dig things out. They contacted all the people I owe money to and made the process straightforward. I spent about 90 minutes on the phone and we were both being as quick as we could, so just be prepared to have all your info ready to talk about and be prepared to spend a while on the phone going through your income and expenditure too.
