In process of having things sorted for me, but so far have been fantastic, very helpful and understanding. Have no reason to belive that their help afterwards will continue to be as helpful.

Lauren was really helpful during the process and talked me through every step of the way. Made me feel at ease and was not stressful at all.

They were really really understanding about my financial situation. They did not judge me on the bases of having a really bad credit score and financial difficulty. They were really compassionate towards me, respected me, respected my health conditions which they took into consideration. If anyone is having financial difficulties, these guys are the best people to deal with as they are fast and prompt. I’m so thankful for what they have done for me and I will definitely recommend to those struggling with money, debt etc. Huge thank you for the staff who helped me and relieved me of my stresses that I was experiencing due to my financial situation.

I genuinely couldn’t see a way out of my situation at one point... this put a massive strain on my family and my relationship with my wife. I was nervous to tell anyone about the situation I got myself into after loosing my job and not telling my wife. When I finally came to the realisation I needed to get things sorted I searched online for help with my bailiffs. New leaf came up and were a god send to me. The whole process Meant a couple of calls over the space of two days to put everything into place for me... and what’s affordable for ME! I can now sleep at night and there is finally light at the end of the tunnel for me and my family. If you are struggling you are not alone. Please sort things before it gets to the extreme severity as mine did with bailiffs turning up at the door. It doesn’t have to get to that
