Do not use these people

Do not use these people: they will send you a different item to the one you bid on. Never answer their phone, do not reply to emails. Over 40 unanswered calls and multiple ignored emails.
They are crooks, pure and simple. Save yourself the stress and financial loss

Can we somehow sue those liars and…

Can we somehow sue those liars and thieves. All of us . 1000, 3000 or whatever. I never purchased from them anything and I never will. I am experienced enough to see scams among the auctioneers. Pretty much 80% of them on this platform.
But I wish those scammers disappear once for good.

Shameful packaging

Awful service, I was quoted £35 plus vat for delivery which actually I arranged myself for £12. I paid for packing and all I received was my two items wrapped in clingfilm with my label sellotaped on!!!
Absolute disgrace, I expected a cardboard box with adequate packaging inside to prevent damage.
Unless you’re collecting avoid this auctioneer at all costs.

Won't ever use this place again

Used this Auction House for the first time through i-bidder . Won 3 items from the kitchen section 2 electric pressure cookers. I can understand stuff coming with damage( both pressure cookers didn't have the lip to hold the lid in place but that is replaceable) but to get delivered a cooker with leftover chicken and rice with mould growing is something I never expected.
Will not use this place again.

Claim back your payment via your bank…

‘Claim back’ is a new bank procedure banks have made available to disputed claims on businesses who sell faulty goods. Claim your payment via your bank if your goods are unusable or not fit for purpose by using charge back via your bank.
My hover did not work nor did the Christmas ornament.
The descriptions are so basic there is no reference to the condition ie for parts etc. I bid on them because they told me they worked which was a blatant lie.
Get you money back as banks sort it all out for you.it’s quick and painless.

Avoid this auction

I won an auction from Newton Auctioneers on August 11th, paid the £20.79 transfer from my bank on the 12th and a following £15 for delivery.
I have not received the items, I sent them an email on the 27th August to inquire about the products which was followed by a telephone call from an “Isle of Arran” number to be told by someone who questioned that I had not paid. When proven that I had, he then went on to say that the goods were no longer available and sold to someone else, but may be available in a few weeks.
I told him to cancel and return my money but he refused, saying the goods were now mine, I questioned how they could be mine when I do not have them, and left it at that, expecting a refund.
I have not received any goods or any further contact, I rang their 0161 number on your website today the 3rd September to be told there is no one to speak or no one to answer any queries.

Exceptional auction House and excellent choice of items

My mother intending to purchase one Tv, Bidded on multiple lots (not knowing that she was legally obliged to buy it successful). One 55 inch Samsung oled the other being LG 50 inch LED. Both were as described and pretty much spot on. Both had stands missing as described and collection wise pretty flexible with me being a day or two late.

Can’t fault them - to those complaining about condition of items and lack of transparency, if you read the t@c on all the auction sites under ibidder ( they all operate on a limited disclosure and fees for shipping are even more exorbitant than these. I had a bad experience with a couple of auctioneers won’t name here but they don’t even respond to condition reports and out of 6 items bought 4 were faulty not even working or damaged. Thank you newtons

Buyer Beware. Feel like I got lucky with the Epson Printer, will not be using them again. Also charged £50 for delivery.

Other reputable auctioneers EAMA Group.

2 Stars purely for the working Printer.

No customer service at all

I paid extra for shipping. 3 weeks later I still didn't get my parcel. No response at all for emails or phone. Customer service is a big 0. Stay away from this company, just waste the time.

This company should be struck off using…

This company should be struck off using ibidder we bought 5 boxed air fryers and collected yesterday . On opening one it was full of grease and had been used . We sent a complaint and a man from their ‘customer service’ rang us to explain we should have asked for the condition they were in before buying… being novice at bidding we presumed that boxed and the image looks as though they are new that is what we would receive. They are now listing the same items again on ibidder so somehow they have received a batch of used air fryers that are rubbish and going in the bin

Fraudulent company

I bought an iPad from these people - locked to the ICloud and totally unuseable.

Didn’t learn my lesson and bought three floor cleaners - one never delivered and two broken beyond repair despite when being asked they assured me they were in good working condition.
Same time I bought a water feature which they said was complete, missing the pump and electric plug! I am making a complaint to he platform this company uses - but not holding my breath that anything will be done.

I also had to threaten them with reporting to Ibidder to get this load of rubbish actually delivered. Eventually got it on 19th January - rapidly despatched to council tip.

DO NOT buy from this auctioneer, EVER!!!

DO NOT buy from this auctioneer as you will not receive your items nor will you get a response! I have raised through ibidder as they shouldn't be allowed to use the platform. I have been buying from auctions for numerous years and whilst there is sometimes a problem they have always been dealt with, but not with these people!! They ignore all correspondence to the point I am now having to try the chargeback route via my bank!!! AVOID
