These guys sell you broken stuff
These guys sell you broken stuff - they get around that by saying, you need to go and see the items but it's not listed on their items that the majority of 90% of everything list is broken. Not really an auction, more of a "get rid of broken stuff and screw the buyer" type thing. Do not buy from these guys.
I bid and they cheat you out of items…
I bid and they cheat you out of items so they get them cheaper themselves, They also make items look like they have tags and are new, I spent £60 on a item that looked new, what a joke it was fit for the bin, they do deceitfull photo's to con you, They also start bids well over the cost of the item that you can get new in a shop, avoid these as they are also rude...tough luck you should have asked first, I will stick to ebay at least if a item is broken or not as described you get your money back, I think they should start regulating these type of con artists or just dont allow them on line where you cant see well hidden faults.
AVOID!
AVOID! I bought a number of items in an auction. None of the electrical items worked and the folding cart that I bought arrived broken. Customer service was very poor and they were completely disinterested. There are better auctioneers.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I purchased a high-end bluetooth speaker, which was then delivered without the power supply.
Felt like I had bought a new car, but without a petrol tank.
You'd think such a significant omission item would be mentioned in the description, but hey that would discourage bidders.
My real complaint is that, despite writing them two very polite emails to see if it had been an error and they maybe had the power supply, the company have chosen to completely ignore me giving no response other than an automated email.
Personally, I have no time for such pitiful business practice.
Great place to get bargains
Great place to get bargains. I managed to get many expensive brand items for a fraction of the price. Staff also go out of their way to help.
As for the bad reviews on here, they must be new to auctions! You must always check the item before placing a bid, they give you enough opportunity to do that.
DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION... THEY SELL YOU ITEMS WITH MISSING PARTS AND BROKEN ITEMS AND POST NEW PICTURES ON THEIR IBIDDER SITE AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THE HIDE UNDER THE VEIL THAT THEY USE GENERIC PICTURES... ADVICE DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE FULLY CHECKED AND VERIFIED THE ITEM YOURSELF... THEY HAVE VERY BAD MANNERED STAFF WHO CANNOT NOT HANDLE COMPLAINTS APPROPRIATELY...MAY BE BECAUSE THEY GET SO MANY...
Very bad service
Very bad service. Con artists would never buy from there again.
They put up pictures of brand new products but when you go to collect them after paying they bring out second hand incomplete items. Claiming they use generic photos of products.
TOTAL CON ARTISTS...
Looks like they buy from charity shops and put up new picture of item to scam onli e buyers. And then hide under the veil of saying you should have checked it... never trust these
SCAM ARTISTS WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS...
