Claire was amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond for us and definitely helped us find the perfect wedding rings. The quality is beautiful and we also loved the ethical side of the business too. Would highly recommend.

Asked Claire to design a engagement ring using some heirloom stones. Couldn't be happier. Returned for the wedding bands which were perfect as well. Everything was a dream. Excellent craftsmanship and price! Thank you Claire!

After trying various other jewellers without luck I stumbled across nightingale. Fired off a quick email to Claire and had a zoom meeting booked the following day. Went out of their way to get me what I wanted and with a great price. Will be using them again for the wedding rings.

Choosing both engagement and wedding rings is very important as it’s a piece of jewellery you will be wearing for life. Nightingales made this such a wonderful experience for my husband and I, we were looked after from the moment we entered the shop. The service from choosing to collecting the rings was excellent. We would highly recommend.

Then when it came to the after service was just as good and even quicker, the ring that needed reizing was back in under a week.

We travelled up from London several times to visit Nightingale's showroom - Claire was absolutely fantastic through the whole process - from helping me design the perfect engagement ring, to helping us both choose wedding rings we love - she was so enthusiastic and helpful and it was absolutely worth the long journey! Would absolutely recommend Nightingale to anyone, and we will be back.

My fiancé and I recently had our wedding rings made by Nightingale and we had a fantastic experience. Claire is very welcoming and knowledgable and understood exactly what we wanted, and the shop itself is gorgeous and a lovely environment to shop for/design your rings in. The rings are so beautiful and when my fiancé’s was a tiny bit big a resize was free and quick. We can’t wait to wear them every day!

I bought an engagement ring for my now-fiancée. Although I'd done quite a bit of research beforehand, the staff gave some useful advice on sizing.

I was completely clueless about anything jewellery related never mind understanding and actually being excited by looking for an engagement ring, but Claire did such a wonderful job in helping me get a grasps of it all. The ring is wonderful, it's exactly what I imagined and the whole ring designing process was not only painless, but really enjoyable. I can't recommend Nightingale enough to be honest.
