I went to Nightingale for a new wedding band to celebrate my Silver Wedding Anniversary. Claire was extremely helpful making suggestions of which diamond to buy and went to great lengths to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I love my new rings and would highly recommend Nightingale to everyone.

I approached Nightingale about the design of an engagement ring a few months back. Claire dealt with my query and was absolutely fantastic, as a complete diamond novice she educated me about the ins and outs of diamonds and drew up a beautiful ring for me. She was extremely prompt in replying to all of my emails and questions and was honest in regards to pricing and availability of their products.

Unfortunately for nightingale due to my limited budget I was forced to give my business elsewhere due to pricing of the diamond as I was able to find the same ring and specs for a lower cost elsewhere due to nightingale being a slightly smaller company and having slightly steeper margins.

However, I still feel obliged to leave a positive review as the customer service I received was next to none and for that I will definitely be enquiring about purchases in the future. So for people who are looking for the perfect engagement ring and have a more flexible budget than a money tight 24 year old look no further than nightingale.

Clare, the consultant, was incredibly informative. As a complete novice, she guided me through the process of designing the ring most efficiently. She was patient, prompt to reply to emails, and listened to my preferences. The delivery was smooth and we are both extremely happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.

It was a bit of a longer process for us as we wanted to reuse a jade bangle for the centre stone for my engagement ring as well as us having our first consultation before Christmas but it was well worth the effort and the wait. The designs the team provided were beautiful and elegant and I’m thrilled with the final product. The team really knew what they were talking about and I can’t wait to use them again to get some more custom jewellery pieces done.
