Really happy with my jewellery from Nightingale! Claire was great and very patient with me when I completely changed my mind about my ring, and helped me to create a necklace and earrings which I absolutely love. Having lab-grown diamonds was really important to me and I am pleased to have been able to support a UK company which is setting an ethical example for others.

I am only deducting a star as Nightingale were unable to provide proof of sourcing for their metals. I was told that they use recycled metals and I have no reason to believe otherwise, but I would have liked something to confirm. Perhaps this is something to look into to boost the ethical credentials and increase transparency of supply chains?

Such a great place, the guys working there were super helpful ran me through the entire process made sure I was happy with everything and if I needed anything in the future to contact them in the future

Nightingales were brilliant from start to finish in helping me design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. They helped me find the right diamond at the right price and delivered everything on time. My fiancé was really happy with her ring and so we decided to go back to them for our wedding bands as well and we received the same brilliant service. Overall, I'm massively impressed with Nightingale.
We had a custom 5 stone design created for my engagement ring followed up by a wedding band to match it. The quality of the end product was fantastic (I get so many compliments on the engagement ring) and they did their absolute best to ensure it would exceed expectations, even down to suggesting a tweak in design to ensure the diamonds inset on the engagement ring wouldn't get damaged by rubbing against the wedding ring.
It's great working with a company where you know the precious stones have been ethically sourced. They also did their utmost to hit a tight deadline for the engagement ring and were really flexible about me visiting the workshop where the rings are made in order to not have to take it off for long (I love it that much).
If I end up persuading my other half to get me an eternity ring at some point, I will 100% be coming back to Nightingale to create it.

My fiancé and I bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Nightingale. We were really interested in getting a lab grown diamond, so when we found them on Google we decided to visit their showroom in York. We had a great initial appointment and then communicated our order over email once we decided what we wanted. Daryl was great, very good at getting back to us and answering all our questions. He gave us lots of options and advice when choosing a diamond, and sent us through copies of the certificates via email so we could see exactly what we would be buying. He even went on Skype with me to check exactly what I wanted. The rings arrived and are beautiful, we're very happy with them! We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I found Nightingale when I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiancée. Stephen and Dianne were warm, welcoming, and enthusiastically helpful in conceiving and producing a bespoke design. I was offered a wide selection of stones matching my criteria and on choosing one it was reserved immediately. Turnaround was fast and pricing was very reasonable. My fiancée and I have since returned to buy our wedding rings from Nightingale and have found Daryl to be just as friendly and helpful.
