Claire is simply wonderful.

She helped me understand stones better, she was patient while I figured out what I wanted/liked/disliked and she helped me change a design slightly to make it perfect for me and my fingers!

She's awesome.

In addition to this, Nightingale's prices are competitive, they have lab-grown stones which was better on my conscience and they do multiple things to reduce their carbon footprint and create an ethical & sustainable business.

Claire was brilliant, Quality of product is amazing and service second to none, recommended already!

Absolutely amazing service time and time again from Claire. Nothing was too much trouble and she took into account all of my requirements and went above and beyond to help me create my fiancée’s perfect ring. Brilliant advice and service from walking into the shop to picking up the final engagement ring - I didn't know anything about jewellery before walking in the shop so really helpful to have everything explained clearly. It is also good to know you are supporting an authentic independent business that supports ethical practices when it comes to sourcing diamonds. Great to know the rings are made with UK-based craftsmen too!

Couldn't recommend Nightingale and Claire enough! After a lot of time trying and failing to find the perfect ring, I came across this company. The incredible design from Claire and the perfect workmanship of the goldsmiths, between them created the ring that was not only perfect but also a one of a kind ring that means so much more to us.

Fantastic experience, Claire was so lovely and helpful. Couldn’t have hoped for anything more.

I was looking for an engagement ring and went in to a few jewellers who were quite dismissive and unhelpful. I went in to Nightingales and Claire made me feel really welcome straight away. I explained that I was unsure what I was looking for but she took the time to show me all of the different types of rings and explain the difference in diamonds etc. She made what was a pretty daunting experience very easy and simple.

From my initial communication with Claire to collecting the final piece, the entire process was made easy by the Nightingale team. At the consultation, Claire provided good advice and information without applying any pressure to commit. I was kept informed of the progress of the ring, which was then kindly looked after for me until I could collect at my convenience.
