Bought a steamer with an order total of over 200 EUR from this site as a present for my mother. Delivery was on time and made by UPS to my door. The steamer was fine.
However, the metal steamer head (which the site recommended for garments) was very heavy and my mother found it too difficult to use for her wrist. I contacted customer service explaining the situation and asked for the possibility of returning, or, replacing the steamer head for a plastic one. Norris Steam customer service never replied.
*UPDATED REVIEW:
I contacted the email address provided in Norris Steam's reply to my review and ended up receiving amazing customer service from Robert who was extremely helpful and accommodating.
I was able to send the metal steamer head back (despite an expired warranty, lack of receipt, and used item!) and have it be replaced by a plastic steamer head, at no charge. Robert was in contact with me through the whole process to update me and make sure the plastic steamer head was finally with me.
Review has been edited from 2 stars to 5 stars because of this. Thank you very much to Norris Steam and Robert for going beyond expectation to solve this issue for me.
