Very nice crematorium, everything went well.

The service for our late dad was handled with great professionalism and sensitivity. We were incredibly fortunate in having Chere Hunter lead the service with great empathy. She guided us through the service so well. Our father would have approved greatly.

The venue is beautiful and the service we had was very professional, everyone involved was brilliant, would definitely recommend.

Carried out my mother's wishes in a considerate and fitting way. The main service was held in the village and the crematorium was used for the committal. The chapel was well lit and peaceful. The music we asked for was played at an appropriate level. A far more pleasant environment than some of the older crematorium.

A beautiful funeral service! So professional and meticulous! I cannot fault the superb service and support offered! Even in the current difficult circumstances, the service was everything that I could have hoped for and more! Thank you for your care, professionalism and attention to detail!

First visit here for my husband’s funeral. Beautiful, modern venue and surroundings. All went very smoothly considering the covid restrictions. No rush to leave afterwards. Very impressed with everything.

We recently held two funeral services here following the tragic loss of two family members in short succession due to covid.
It is difficult to find the appropriate words when referring to a funeral, however both services were handled very respectfully and went very smoothly.
Both funerals were very different, as one was a non-religious service, and one was a religious Christian service. Both were handled appropriately based on this.
They were also very helpful with informing us of how the services will go and what restrictions are in place due to the current pandemic. We all felt very safe and grateful to be able to hold a service at all in the current climate in order to pay respects to our loved ones.
The location is also very nice. Close and accessible, but set apart form the town giving a more isolated, private feel to the event. There is also a small memorial garden with some lovely water features, available to use for burial if you so wish.
If anyone finds themselves in similar unfortunate circumstances of losing a loved one, I can highly recommend North Herts as a venue for the service.

The service we received was excellent. The chapel is warm and inviting even with the sad reason we have to attend.

Beautiful place in lovely surroundings. Very well laid out and clean and tidy. The chapel was bright and airy and the service was performed exactly to my specifications.

Although we are going through a difficult time and with Covid 19. I was extremely impressed by how it all went. Everyone was directed politely to where to sit. Everyone could see and hear without any issues. It was done with respect, caring and understanding. Everyone that attended stated what a lovely service it was thank you.

I had my dad’s crematorium here and to be honest it was very relaxing and beautiful environment people were very polite and it was a perfect day to be given my dad his final journey to the other side

Every thing That I requested to be done for my Wife,s funeral was carried out in an reverential and efficient manner.

We were very pleased with the venue, it was very clean and airy and well laid out. It had plenty of parking and toilets for visitors. We never felt rushed in any way, even though the next funeral arrived.
The only grips we have, is the outside area was very sparse it had no trees and very few shrubs and looked very bare and no seats to sit on and reflect, which would have made it look better. Also the memorial garden was not posted so we could see were ashes would be scattered. As our Mother wanted her ashes scattered in a semi formal garden, even though this is a very large area of ground.
