The venue and service were so comforting. Every aspect of our needs were anticipated and met. Thank you for making an extremely difficult occasion bearable.

Very nicely isolated site, but the chapel is a tad small (not applicable in this Covid limited world admittedly) & I was frustrated by the crematorium's insistence on a maximum of five pieces of music, even though I could prove that our ceremony would not overrun the currently allowed 30 minutes.
The site will also benefit from a few more years of tree and plant growth as it is very windblown where it stands.

Although it was an incredibly sad time, the crematorium and staff were wonderful. It’s in a beautiful setting and gives of a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The extra touches such as the lights and not having the curtain go around at the end is nice.

Lovely venue, a fitting place to say goodbye

We were a small family gathering so our normal expectations of a funeral of a loved one were bound to be different. Our experience was one of caring ,well carried out. Our requests were simple but we were well looked after. We have collected my father's ashes and belongings, and " Thank all concerned " for making a sad day bearable. (the sunshine on the day helped too.)

The service was very well conducted.
The Reverend Baalham gave a very personal service and we felt that she had a good idea of what my our father was like.
She was kind and sensitive to our needs.
Martin was also professional and very helpful.
The funeral car drivers were also professional and kind.

A truly lovely place to have your service for a loved one. The location is easily accessed and in beautiful countryside and surroundings that are tranquil and spacious. Plenty of parking.
The attendants were courteous and the service seamless. Webcast enabling all those unallowed to attend to watch, and download to watch oneself later. We had the benefit of a truly charming and professional celebrant, will definitely return when need to.

Lovely service held for my husband in peaceful surroundings

My family and friends were so impressed with the facilities. The drive way is well kept and the pond/water areas have such a tranquil and calming ambience.
The chapel was clean and modern and so many small things- the way the curtail moved around the coffin , the lighting and the ability for people to login and watch from their homes was comforting.

Our decision to have my Fathers service at North Herts memorial park was the correct one

Refusal to let Vicar sing a hymn initially caused some upset otherwise all went well. Lovely setting and venue very intimate and cosy.

For the second time in six months I used this Crematoria. My husband and then my Mother in Law. On both occasions this beautifully situated, peaceful and modern facility welcomed my loved ones. It is a lovely place to be for such a dreadful reason. My husband, who was the MD of IFZW Cremator Manufacturers gave a talk here last year to the Mercedes Club Members on exactly how it all worked. We got to see behind the scenes and everything was clean, respectful and a really first class facility even though it does not use IFZW plant.

Lovely venue to say goodbye to a loved family member. Delightful setting and very modern building to host the service. Beautifully done from arrival to departure.

Lovely venue, beautiful setting, calm, serene. It helped make a sad day a lot nicer. Didn't even see the employees on the day of the funeral but they were very welcoming when I returned the next day to collect cards from the flowers. Thank you.
