The quality of the product is amazing. The installation of the machines went very smoothly, and the after-care team have been very helpful and professional.
The daily and weekly maintenance of the coffee machines is also very easy.

We have used Office Coffee Company for over six years for our office coffee machines. We recently upgraded and had new ones and the process was made so easy.

What's not to love - the Coffee, hot chocolate and syrups are amazing! Company is really helpful and keep in contact once appliance is set up to make sure you have no issues and make ordering easy! Fab service.

The whole process from selecting the machine desired through tasting to installation was easy and professional. Very little work was required from our side and everyone we met from OCC was friendly and helpful. Plus the coffee is great! The office is such a happier place to work simply by getting a machine that gives staff good quality coffee at the press of a button.

Our Reception has been using Office Coffee for a few years now, with minimal issues (which were all resolved in a timely manner and with great communication from the service team) and many compliments. It has handled many a rush of visitors, clients, contractors and tenants with ease and is very simple to maintain and clean. The supporting cleaning documents for our reception and cleaning teams are suitably detailed yet easy to read and understand - the labelled diagrams are strongly appreciated too!

We have has a great experience with the orders team too; always getting prompt and reliable responses, complete with a few great recommendations when our usual flavours of tea were temporarily out of stock!

We had a great experience with the on-boarding process who very kindly made accommodations for us by modifying the machine to fit our space. Full training and supporting booklet for cleaning was much appreciated and the ethically sourced coffee has been a hit with everyone in the office. Best of all is the hot chocolate - it has hailed compliments from employees, clients and visitors alike. Only constructive feedback to give would be to shorten the time between the installation and re-calibration as for an extra 2 weeks we had very small cups of coffee (though this was promptly and professionally rectified by the lovely engineer).

We have been a customer for over seven years and have recently upgraded to a new bean to cup machine following a trial of the machine at our office delivered by Matt. The ethical sourcing of coffee beans is important to us, and we order all our supplies, including biscuits, from the easy to use online shop.

The machine is hugely popular with our staff, and many visitors to our office comment on how nice the coffee is.

On the rare occasion when we've had an issue with the machine (two or three times in over seven years), Sophie has had a technician sent out either on the same day or next working day.

We recently switched companies and purchased a coffee machine from OCC. It was a definite upgrade from our previous machine, and the coffee they supply is also noticeably much better quality.

Their customer service is excellent. The installation went smoothly and we were provided with all the information needed regarding cleaning the machine and ordering supplies (delivery has been quick every time). An engineer popped back in a couple of times over the next few weeks to make sure all settings were fine and adjust anything if needed. They also check in with you regularly via email/phone to make sure everything is alright and help with any questions you might have.

Switching has been a great experience overall, we feel looked after (Sophie has been very helpful and attentive), and our new coffee machine is without a doubt more popular than the old one from the other company we replaced.
