Ordered a replacement keyboard. To be honest the one this laptop came with was always a little disappointing, not very clicky and needed a little more pressure than you would normally use otherwise it would miss keys. It failed completely over Xmas which is a good time for it to go but a bad time to get anything delivered. I ordered with Online laptop batteries on 2nd Jan. Received the replacement keyboard on 8th Jan and its great. It’s very responsive with a satisfying click to each key I’m very pleased.

Power connection for our Lenovo laptop was a perfect match. Sent well packed and very quickly would recommend this company to anyone. Great service and sensible prices, perfect.

Royal didn't deliver my part 2 whole times but the great customer support (John) resent it 3 times, great company although for me the fast shipping wasn't very fast, once they dispatched it the 3rd time, it came really quickly. Part itself, not much to say about but was cheap and it is reassuring that me and other people can use this company to get parts fast.

I ordered a replacement keyboard for a Lenovo laptop which arrived within a reasonable time. Unfortunately a few keys were unresponsive. After informing the supplier a replacement was posted (allowing for the slight delay of a postal strike), fitted and worked perfectly. All emails were replied to promptly and politely, which I find a rare event these days. I would highly recommend OnlineLaptopBatteries.

Order took 2 and half weeks to get to me even tho I am in the greater Manchester area and I paid for shipping. Emailed/called and the person I spoke to was very standoff-ish and quite rude. Ordered a power bank/adapter plug which fell apart in less than 2 months which I just used for my home laptop, forcing me to order again from another company. Very cheap quality

Very impressed that this online store had a replacement fan (in stock) for my ancient HP Pavilion 15-AB008NA laptop. My fan packed up and was revving like an engine so I needed a replacement quickly (as it sounded like my machine was about to blow) - these guys had the goods, dispatched in quick time and it arrived the next day. Fan installed, laptop now running in smooth silence.

Simply does as it says on the box.
Delivery on time, product works well, been using it for about a month.
Feels nearly like a genuine Acer keyboard, compared to the original and an Acer replacement.
A slight negative, the keys feel a little springy but a close match to Acer's.
I've purchased a third party keyboard before and that was a poor experience, it made me cautious here, but I'm happy with the supplier and the product.

I was in a flap over my laptop fan but Richard called me back speedily and I got the new fan less than 24 hours after the problem started, hugely grateful and highly recommend

Ordered a replacement keyboard for my Dell XPS 9570 on Wednesday afternoon and arrived Friday morning, perfect! Keyboard wasn't the exact one pictured (key labeling is different) but still compatible and works well - thanks!

After an eBay order got stuck in the post, I needed a replacement fan for a customer laptop, and I needed it quickly. I ordered the fan from OnlineLaptopBatteries.co.uk, and a new fan arrived quickly and was exactly the right fan. I will definitely order from them again if the need arises.

This is one of the best companies I've dealt with recently. Got what I wanted at a very competitive price and it's the genuine article. Very efficient service, I received the product within 2 days. There are that many scammers out there selling computer products that ship from China and takes weeks to arrive, if at all. Good to find an honest UK company that provides excellent service and gives me what I need when I need it. Will definitely order from them again.

Excellent service - I ordered a replacement laptop keyboard but had ordered an incorrect part and the company could not supply the correct part. They asked me to return the incorrect part and I received a refund the next day, great customer service from Richard.

Ordered a charger from this place and it came quickly. Like two days. However it didn’t fit my laptop. I was puzzled as it was the correct one. Emailed the place and they were thorough enough to ask for pics of the charger pin to work out what was wrong. The guy explained he would see if there was another type of charger to fit my model of laptop. Sure enough he found one and sent it first class and it arrived within 36 hours. I was over the moon as it fit correctly and such quick service. Asked how to return the first charger and the guy said no need, must have been a manufacture fault with that charger so no worries about sending back. The guy was friendly and helpful. Would recommend deffo.
