Only order from this company / site if you are happy with waiting over two weeks for your order and are ignored when you query the position. A promise of a refund was never fulfilled.

**Note** Note response from firm to each and every review, copied and pasted, regardless of issue which is indicative of their approach to customers. The simple fact is that I have already emailed, phoned etc previously and, like the other buyers here, was both ignored and given hollow promises which were never fulfilled. Your attempt to appear apologetic and helpful in your sham replies here is simply for the benefit of viewers and potential new customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

UPDATE "Instead of writing stupid 2nd reviews" - this sums up in one sentence the service provided here. Please read my initial review, I have already made attempts to address the issue here numerous times and I have already been promised a refund that you were going to process - a phantom refund that never happened. I am not going to waste my time going over the same ground all over again - I have written off the money I wasted on your site. Please don't attempt to appear concerned here now for the sake of other viewers.

FURTHER UPDATE - Thank you for the 10 minute window in which to contact you (once again). Unfortunately I missed it. Once again, you have resorted to using derogatory language ("rubbish") which once again shows viewers your contempt for your customers. Unfortunately, you appear either unwilling or simply incapable of reading my prior comments so I will repeat in capitals again - I DO NOT WANT TO CONTACT YOU FURTHER TO BE GIVEN YET MORE PROMISES OF REFUNDS THAT DO NOT ARRIVE. I HAVE WASTED ENOUGH TIME CHECKING MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE £15 DUE. I have now purchased a laptop battery elsewhere and I am happy with that. However, I have posted this review as I, like the other posters here, am entitled to do so regardless of whether it annoys you .

Ordered NP RF511 power jacks which were never delivered. When asked to update i was told to contact royal mail if i have any problems with the delivery. They wasted my whole week, no replacement no proof of delivery, no tracking but they say they shipped it. Rubbish service, and bunch of lies.

Buy somewhere else and avoid these fraudsters.

ordered a keyboard - was told it would be a perfect OEM replacement. It was close but when i fitted the unit it did not work correctly at all. I suspect keyboard encoder was damaged and the unit supplied was a "second". IT looked OK but didn't function. correctly. I returned the unit by recorded delivery and after 3 weeks I phoned up to ask about my refund. Surprise, surprise, the unit "was never delivered" and my only recourse was to make a claim against Royal Mail who say they may have delivered it but got no signature. So no keyboard, no refund and a long wait and hassle to get the situation investigated. And the keyboard wasn't even the right version....

We bought an Asus laptop from Comet about a year ago, declining the extended warranties, as we never need them. At a year old, the laptop died, with the keyboard no longer working, just sending the same 5 strange charcters to the screen. After looking for a new keyboard, I was very confused about which keyboard to get and was facing a difficult decision, do I take it to a computer shop and pay £100+ for a new keyboard on a £299 laptop that is now a year old and probably worth less than £200 now. I googled for a few hours and all I got was keyboards of about £80, which for a DIY job was not looking good. I always avoid the Google ads, but onlinelaptopbatteries.co.uk was a Google ad from my searches and in some frustration at my lack of progress, I clicked on the link and found that for my laptop, there were numerous keyboards and advice to get the old keyboard out and check the model number. I took out the keyboard and looked for mine on the site, but could not locate it. I phoned onlinelaptopbatteries.co.uk and was advised which keyboard would fit my laptop and before the phone call ended, I was advised that the keyboard would be packaged, ready for my order. I ordered the keyboard from the website £13.99 (what a result). The keyboard arrived in about 36hrs, I fitted it, one working laptop, one happy daughter and one happy Dad, who saved a load cash.

My advice - your time and money are precious, visit this site first and repair your laptop at a good price and in double quick time, with the advice from people who know what they are talking about.
