Emailed onlinelaptopbatteries a couple of times and received super quick replies. Keyboard arrived really quickly. Great customer service. Definitely recommend using this company.

Customer service needs work
i ordered a laptop keyboard 26/12/18 2-3 working days its now 6/01/18 so i emailed to ask if it was still being sent and i get a reply (very fast) saying i was sent an email that it was not in stock and will be in a week so i checked my emails and never received said email. told them i never received email and the reply was quite blunt (Would you like a refund Or can you wait a week)
no sorry for the inconvenience or i am not sure what happen ect.
Only good thing i will say is the refund was right away
considering the BIG great customer service sign on the front page of the web site would think to be treated nicer

yes i did say refund was quick but "customer service" is not just about refunds and i know how to use emails thanks and i checked Every email i got from 26th till now in all my folders (that would be why i told you i had not received any email and i was not sure what happen) i mean you must read that in the email i sent you right?

Bought a laptop charger from Richard in December 2016 and last Monday it started making an ominous clicking noise, which deterred us from using it. I emailed Richard late on Monday and almost immediately received a reply, informing me that he would send a replacement out, without requiring me to return the faulty item.

So, on trust, Richard sent me a brand new charger, which I received through Royal Mail, a few days later.

I have nothing but praise for this company. Richard's communication is fast and he is as good as his word.

I have seen some poor reviews for Online Laptop Batteries on this site and frankly, am mystified by them, because they do not describe the very helpful gent that I have dealt with on two occasions.

I would happily do business with these guys any day.

I had a problem screen for my laptop and I found this website via a google search.

I could not find the right one and emailed Richard who said it was not on his website but had 1 in stock. I received the screen within 4 days.

I Also bought a new keyboard for my Dell computer at a later date and actually got this next day (Royal mail must have been on speed).

I will use again.

They've left fake reviews on trust pilot so 1 star ratings disappear.

I ordered a product from them, i requested a tracking number after the 3 working days had been up, Richard then got defensive about me saying i'll take further action if I did not receive my product.

He claimed that there was no tracking number.

After 2 email exchanges he refunded my money (did not request this) and said he would recall the parcel as I was being threatening, however if there was no tracking number there is no way he could of recalled the parcel, AVOID AVOID AVOID! He has scammed multiple people, do not get caught by it

The parcel never would have arrived, luckily i decided to read some reviews.

If saying ill take this further had the product not arrived be classed as disgusting and threatening then so be it.
We both know richard that product never would have arrived like everyone else here whos had issues.

Dell Vostro Keyboard replacement.
Excellent service even though the original sent was not received, another was sent 1st Class mail as soon as they were informed.

Ordered on 23rd Dec and waited until Jan 9th before contacting. Prompt reply to contact said that they'd send me another one. Three days latter another contact saying that the order had been returned by Royal Mail to them and that they were refunding my money.
I needed the order fairly urgently and was attracted by their advertised 3 day delivery, although I was happy to make allowances for the Xmas post and the price. There is no problem with Royal Mail at my end.
Have now ordered from Amazon. I would not recommend Onlinelaptopbatteries!

Review is not unfair. It states the facts. If you cannot deliver, then how can I recommend you? Went to Just Laptops Ltd on Amazon, cost a few quid more but got order within 4 days of ordering!

Last April I purchased a replacement charger for my laptop: no problems with that order - it was very reasonably priced and arrived promptly. Recently, a fault developed in the connecting cable (not the fault of Onlinelaptopbatteries, of course). I emailed details and had a reply within minutes saying that, as the original was still under warranty, a new unit would be sent to me. Absolutely no quibble. I expected the unit to be delivered within seven days but it arrived today, less than 48 hours after my email. Can any company beat that for service?

My order was not in time, they called me back, promised to sort it out. It was a liitle bit hard to call them.

Battery arrived in 3 days, works fine. Emailed a query and received prompt helpful response. Had a very helpful short note with battery giving tips on battery and even laptop confirguration - all which i was clueless about. Will use and recommend to others.

I ordered, and got a replacement charger for my Acer Aspire. I'm really happy with the product as I can now use my laptop again. Delivery was as stated considering Royal Mail only deliver to me if my usual postie is working. I live in the middle of nowhere so it was a bonus to have it arrive when said it would. Absolute excellent service at exceptional prices from Onlinelaptopbatteries.co.uk. I'm so glad that I stumbled across this British company and didn't have to wait weeks for a replacement. Their website is easy to navigate and their customer service is second to none! EXCELLENT COMPANY AND I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! Order arrived 1 day later than expected, though, I know this was down to Royal Mail. Communication was great throughout and there were concerted efforts to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I would recommend this company, especially on their prices, communication and customer service levels.

I purchased a replacement power supply unit for my acer revo and the power supply came the next day via Royal Mail and I was so happy because I can use my desktop now. The lead was genuine and works perfectly.

Customer service was outstanding

Ignore the negative reviews because as an IT expect I trust onlinelaptopbatteries with my needs

I ordered a laptop battery and had issues with delivery. I was promised refund on delivery costs but this was never credited to my account. It was clearly a hollow promise just to get rid of me. I wish I had reviewed this company before ordering from them.
